APATERO is an AI-powered visual creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and enhance images and videos using artificial intelligence technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI image generation from text prompts
• Image-to-image transformations
• Video generation and editing
• Custom model training (LoRa)
• Background replacement and object removal

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI models
• Use the service for spam or malicious activities

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. Content generated by our AI models is owned by you, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology remain our intellectual property. You may not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer our proprietary technology.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of our Service require payment. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable. Once you use any tokens or resources provided with your subscription, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Token System

Our Service operates on a token-based system where certain actions consume tokens. For active subscribers, unused tokens accumulate month after month and do not expire as long as your subscription remains active. Unused tokens do not carry monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred to other accounts.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our Service will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

APATERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
