How do tokens work?
Tokens are the credit system used to generate content. Images, video, music, voice, and 3D each cost different amounts. Your monthly plan refreshes tokens every billing cycle, and you can also buy token packs in the app that never expire.
Why are there four video qualities?
Because most shots do not need the expensive one. Draft is 480p at 39 tokens, made for testing a prompt or blocking out a sequence. HD is 720p at 84. Pro is full-quality 720p with native audio at 165. Max is native 1080p at 370. Draft your shot list cheaply, then spend real tokens only on the takes you keep.
How many generations can I run at once?
Starter runs 1 at a time, Creator 2, Pro 4, and Studio 8. Higher tiers let you fire off a batch and come back to finished work instead of queueing shots one by one.
Which plan should I pick?
If you're experimenting, Starter gives you enough runway to build your first AI influencer. Creator is the sweet spot for regular posting. Pro and Studio are for creators running multiple personas or high-volume niches.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and any purchased token packs stay in your account forever.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Yes. Unused plan tokens stay in your balance and stack month after month, so a quiet month is not a wasted one. Tokens from purchased top-up packs never expire either. Most tools wipe your balance at the end of every billing cycle. We do not.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep every token you have, plan tokens and purchased packs alike. Nothing is taken back. Without an active plan you can still spend that balance on image generation and editing, and those images carry a small Apatero watermark. Video, music, voice, dubbing, and 3D need a live plan, and resubscribing removes the watermark and unlocks them again with your balance intact.
